First Street Pump

I called and spoke with Jessica. She was Knowledgeable, Professional, and Friendly and it was clear that she was the heart of the operation. She sent out two guys to take a look and bid on the job. Justin and Levi both arrived promptly. They were Professional, knowledgeable, and Mannerly and were helpful in moving furniture to get to the well pump. I was told it was a hard-to-find well pump. But they would look into ordering one... They left. About 30 minutes later. Jessica called and told me that a pump was available and in stock locally. She gave me the bid for the pump and installation. Which was far less (one 10th) of what I had been quoted by another company. Which I knew was highway robbery... It helps to get at least three bids... Jessica sent Justin and Levi out the next day... They were prompt and replaced the pump in about an hour. They were FAST, Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Mannerly. And kept the door closed as I had asked... to keep the heat in my office. Thank you so much. It is so nice to know that there is a good reputable business still around that cares about GREAT customer service... Thanks again! Keep up the good work.

HIGHLY recommend First Street Pump!! They saved my Thanksgiving Day. My pressure pump on my well was failing just 2 days before ALL my family was coming to my house for Thanksgiving. I took a few pictures of my pressure pump and they arrived with a new one in the back of their truck!! When I asked how soon they could install the new one they said, "How about right NOW!!" That's customer service beyond anything I expected. They were great.

Not really attentive in return contact. Service was okay but could have been MUCH MUCH better. There was an additional issue, very obvious, that was not spoken of to me. Should have been addressed by the serviceman on the spot. Feel as though the attention to detail was lacking and personally would not hire them again for any needs.

They were able to get the Replacement Water Pressure Tank Quickly and do the Installation within the hour. Warned me about the frozen water pipe from pump, as the -8 degree had affected the line. A few days later I turned the pump on, and water was flowing with great relief. Larry DeLuca

I think it was a little pricey for 30minutes of work and then the 3% convenience fee for paying over the phone. Never got a breakdown of the charges.
