First Time Cleaning

They must be called "First time" for a reason. I had to have an additional person go behind them for things as simple as dusting. Basically snuck out without me knowing when she left.

Ebony and her crew were amazing. Hired her for a move out cleaning of my 2BR/2Bth apartment. I started getting estimates from a few companies in March and Ebony was by far the most communicative. I had to change my scheduled cleaning a few times due to moving truck issues and issues with labor not showing up to load the moving truck. Ebony kept in contact with me and was flexible and understanding during some last minute changes. I wish that I wasn't moving out of state so I could use her for monthly cleaning!

Wonderful! House is cleaner than it’s ever been. They moved anything in there way to get at the dust and dirt left by installation of hard wood floors. I highly recommend First Time Cleaners! AAAA

I hired Ebony to do a move-out cleaning of an 8-bedroom house in Oxford, Ohio. (5/17/2021) It was a large home, and thus I understood her quoting the job at $800 because college-aged young men had been living there. I paid her in full before the job began. Upon her entry to the home on the day of cleaning (after the 8 young men had moved out,) I spoke with her on the phone. I asked her how everything looked in the house. ( She had cautioned me earlier, that if she had to pick up any trash in the house, there would be extra charges.) In our conversation, prior to the job starting (keep in mind, she had viewed the interior of the house, just 72 hours before the job began, hence the $800 quote,), she said to me, **Everything looks good. They have done a good job of cleaning up and clearing out**; We hung up. Then, several hours later, I receive a picture from her of 2 1/2 bags of garbage and a mop. She decided that it was fair to charge me an additional $100 for the 2+ bags of garbage. I still have no idea as to whether the college tenants bundled it up, or whether her crew did, or what was even in those bags. She had not bothered to send me photos of the trash on the floors BEFORE she supposedly collected it. That would have been a good idea since she would just tell me **Everything looks good in here. They have cleared out and cleaned up**. From that point on, things got nasty. I told her that I had held up my end of the bargain and paid her the quoted fee of $800 prior to any cleaning happening. I am all for paying a fair price for services, but I will not be taken advantage of. In an effort to put the issue to rest, I offered to pay her $30 for the 2.5 bags of garbage she claims she gathered, and call it a day. This is where the wheels fell off. The insults began, and threats of taking me to **collections** if I did not pay up, the entire $100 that she demanded. I do not trust this woman, and apparently, she thinks that parents of Miami students, (many of us being remote,) will just pay whatever amount she demands, no questions asked. I finally paid her $40, after being extorted, berated, and insulted. I truly feel that the agreed-upon amount of $800 was MORE THAN FAIR for cleaning up that dirty EMPTY house. I do NOT recommend her and I question her ethics.

They were punctual and excellent workers. There work was very well done. They were cleaning up after a remodel job and we have no dust anywhere when they left. They were pleasant and knowledgeable about cleaning. Plan to use them again for some more routine cleaning. Thanks Ebony and Peaches.

We hired First Time Cleaning to come and thoroughly clean our home after our floors had been refinished. They were wonderful- our house is gleaming! I used them to clean a house we recently purchased that was left filthy. They were thorough and spent the time to make sure all was done properly from cabinets to window sills to refrigerate to laundry room. I highly recommend them. They were great and worth every penny.

Ebony and her team were great. We were really in a pinch with our new construction student rental housing. We called at last minute and they pulled through wonderfully! We will definitely be using First Time Cleaning again!!

We have an old Victorian house and multiple cats. Both have presented problems for other cleaning services in the past. But First Time did a great and thorough job with a deep clean of the house that was just wonderful. This was not a rush through job, but very very detail oriented. We will use then for our routine cleaning. Highly recommend.

I called Ebony at 6:30 AM to have emergency Move Out service for a rental property that I needed cleaned immediately. She had a crew at my property at 2pm on the same day. All I can say is they were great. They were professional, hardworking and were done before six pm and the house was spotless. I would recommend her to anyone to include my wife!!
