I feel Jaime may be highly competent in other areas, but he might not have been appropriate for the services I needed. The man who performed the initial home inspection on the house I would like to purchase told me I should get a structural engineer into the attic to take a look at a couple issues. I explained this to Jaime on the phone and asked if this was a job that would interest him. He said he could do it and quoted me a price. Jaime was early for the appointment, but he was empty-handed. He did not have a ladder, flashlight, clipboard or tape measure. The agent and I scrambled around the seller's home trying to find some things to work for him. After the inspection, the agent and I had to ask several question to get the information we needed from Jaime. He was able to answer our questions and give us an estimate on the work that needs to be done, but it really seemed like this was not his "thing." My agent requested a report via e-mail, as the only thing Jaime gave me after the inspection was my invoice. I had to follow up with a phone call asking for a report to share with the seller of the home. I received a basic email message. Something more detailed and more official would have been more appropriate. Bottom line: his expertise and estimate did the trick for my negotiations, but Jaime's approach did not instill confidence.

Jamie responded quickly to my call. Provided very good service that gave me a reasonable solution to my problem.
