First Class Transport Services, LLC

I hired the company for a cross country move from a 10 x 10 storage unit in New Jersey to a residence in Washington State, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. I told Allen and Marina of First Class Transport several times verbally and in writing that a smaller truck would be needed to deliver my items up a narrow driveway, but a semi-truck arrived to my new residence. Allen guaranteed me in writing that they would not charge me for a shuttle at pick up or delivery, yet when the truck arrived at the new residence, they charged me $400 for a shuttle in order to release my property. They also initially increased the price of the estimate by $1400, and they delivered a week and a half late and my property had significant damage. There was water damage to furniture and boxes, large chips on furniture of which pieces came out when they took off the blankets, a broken lamp and broken vacuum cleaner and crushed and cracked boxes. Instead of a delivery team, it was just one person doing the entire job, which took almost 12 hours and forced me to take a day off from work for a new job. The driver documented the issues and I messaged the company, but they have made no attempt to resolve my issues. They also subcontracted with at least two other moving companies to deliver my items, meaning it was moved to at least two different trucks, and the driver for the final leg of the cross country move did not work weekends, which slowed progress significantly.

We moved a long distance and this company was great. The guys were all respectful, personable, and did a great job. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was looking online for so long for a good moving company and I finally found First Class. Their Booking Agent gave me a estimate with a reasonable price, a bit high but that was worth it! The pickup was on time and the delivery was quick like they said. All of my belongings was nicely placed on the truck and safely delivered to my new residence. After checking the inventory, all was there safe and sound. It clearly shows how professional they are! I highly recommend this moving company

Professional and great communication from start to finish. My coordinator was very transparent and informative about the move while giving me the estimate. The virtual estimate was accurate and the movers worked hard and carefully. My items made it to Florida without a scratch. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who asks me if I know any good movers! .
