The technician was polite but unable to light a gas furnace. First he did not have a lighter on hand and second, he was not holding the gas set knob per instructions. He left telling me I need a new thermocouple. The next day I lite the furnace myself with extended lighter and following instructions. In addition, office help had no clue and promised to call me back but still 2 days later I have not recieved price for part I do not need or response from office manager. The worst experience with HVAC company I have ever experienced and would not recommend to anyone. De

Kevin was great, explained exactly what we needed from the start and everything was quickly resolved. Even my toddler liked him. I cannot recommend him enough, donâ t use anyone else.
