Alex and John did an excellent job of refinishing our front hallway floors. They turned out beautifully and we will have them back for more projects. This is a home though not a business.

These guys were absolutely awesome. This was my first experience with Angi and Alex Hayden fully exceeded my expectations, both from a quality standpoint and a personal perspective. If you’re in the Cincinnati area and need any help whatsoever with floors, please don’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely use Hayden flooring again. They came in higher than the other quotes I received, but feel $ well spent. I did not give them a 5 because a few things were left unfinished (very minor); but I had to reach out; feel they should have pointed it out to me instead of me finding it and having to ask.

Alex and Jonathan were incredible to work with! They accommodated my timeline and were able to get the work done exceptionally fast. Alex checked in daily and provided pictures so that I could see the progress as I was out of town. He does beautiful work and this 100 year old house looks brand new. I will recommend him to anyone and would love to work with him in the future!

Very good at communicating job progress. They took care to do a quality job except for one thing. Everything was perfect except a few individual boards had bad knots or very rough areas. These boards should not have been used. Iâ m talking 3 individual boards out of 500 sq ft. This would be a 5 star review if it were not for this.

I will always recommend Alex and his team moving forward. They were quick and did great work on my floors. Iâ m very happy with how they turned out!

I am absolutely thrilled with my beautifully restored hardwood floors by Hayden Hardwood! They were 100% professional in every way. They showed up when they said they would! They were flexible, patient and helpful as I made decisions and an absolute pleasure to work with! The workplace was kept tidy and they cleaned up after each dayâ s work. On top of all that, they did excellent work! Floors are amazing!
