First of all, John, the owner is absolutely GREAT - I would give him a Very Good. However, Josh, who acutally came out to do the job was Very Poor. #1 - he left his dirty shoe covers on my steps instead of taking them with him or throwing them away. #2 - he broke one of my wooden blinds and didn't tell me. #3 - one of my windows didn't close after he cleaned it - again, didn't tell me. #4 - He did not clean the sills like I was promised. #5 - he left without saying good-bye and giving me an opportunity to look things over before he left. ... and those are my MAJOR complaints. So I called John, the owner, and he came over within 1 hour and fixed everything. I HIGHLY recommend John, but Josh ... well now, that's anothe story.

He went beyond the call of duty in attempting to find a way to clean a very high set of windows from the outside, but there was no way to get to it.
