Because of the terrible weather, it took them a while to get to us. When they did, they did an exceptional job! We are very pleased. Only wish is that they had kept us a bit better informed as to when they were going to be here...we had almost given up hope. It was worth the wait.

Horrible experience. Work completed is not what was agreed upon per our contract. They take short cuts and have horrible Quality of work. Even after meeting with the Owner and speaking to him multiple times they still got my job wrong. I would never recommend them to anyone. My job has to be completely redone.

"This comment is quite surprising to us. After doing this customer's work he called us with a concern about the sod. Because we stand behind our work 100%, we explained to him that he could wait to pay the balance of the invoice until he was completely satisfied with the way the sod took root. A few weeks later we received full payment and assumed all was well...until seeing this review. When customers contact us directly we are always more than willing to make things right...we stand behind our work and our reputation. When the snow is melted we can revisit this situation and see what can be done."

Prompt and courteous. The phone agent/scheduler was very responsive and accurate. Fito and his assistant who performed the service were punctual, and did a very good job without any supervision.

Very courteous and responsive. There was a mix up on the initial appointment but once that was cleared up it was clear sailing. Staff and crew very nice. Work very well done, love my shrubs again. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them

The shrubs were removed efficiently and cleanly for a good price. I was disappointed that I never spoke to a human being, so communications were not the best. They disposed of the shrubs in the woods, whereas I was expecting they would take them away to dispose, but this was never discussed.

It took a long time for Fito's to come out to do the work. Once they did, the job was not completed the first day, they didn't communicate that they would be back and when I contacted the company, I received a rude reply back. They came out a second day to finish, about a week later...the quality was sub-par. I would not suggest using Fito's for anything you need.

"The crew ran out of daylight and yes, had to return to finish the work. Kathy I'm sorry if you felt I was rude, I am not sure why you felt that way. My exact words were "Don't worry, the crew will be back and will finish up the work." In fact, after they came the 2nd time I sent you a text asking if you were completely satisfied with the job completed, because we stand behind our work 100%. You did not respond. This comment is the first time I was aware you weren't happy. I wish we could post photos in this comment section. You couldn't even see your grass before we came and the crew left it beautiful, clean and ready for winter."

Fito and his crew did a great job with my landscaping project. The customer service was excellent, and they worked with me to stay under my budget. They started the job on the date originally scheduled, and finished it in a timely manner. Fito was on the job and worked with his crew. The quality of the work was excellent, and they cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Very professional!
