Fitzhauer Construction, Inc.

I'm sure a lot of you are reading these reviews and saying, "this is absolute horse hockey (you know what I really mean)," but I've got to tell you, these reviews are the truth. Okay, I can't speak for the other guys, but if their experience was anything like ours, they're true. Any window company out there can rip out an old frame and put in a new one, but it takes a special group of people to make you feel completely confident that you're doing business with the right people. From our initial consultation with Jonathan to our updates with Angela to the dynamic duo who performed the actual installation, everyone was not only professional, but human as well. And that's saying something because a person can be trained to be "professional," but it takes personal interest and care about what you do to be friendly when you're doing business. Our windows went from OW to WOW and the best part is that we didn't break the bank doing the upgrades thanks to their great financing options. Our overall experience with Fitzhauer Construction was extremely positive and I would definitely recommend them for your window needs. So in short, I say, go ahead, pull the trigger, take the plunge, fire away, let 'er rip, just do it! These guys are gonna do the deed with style!

Very professional, they answered very question that I had, very patient of me, and very satisfied on what they did.

There was no question that is unanswered, he explained everything to me, very clean on the work site, very prompt, and hospitable.

They were very professional, performed the work as described on our contract, my wife and I really enjoyed the experienced on working with them, and I would recommend them to anybody wanting to do home improvements. The priced Neil gave me was competitive but the value of the work exceeded my expectation.

Really easy to work with, great quality and fair price.

Good value and they are competitive with other companies and overall good company to work with. They follow through with what they say they will do and they are very efficient on getting work the done.

Neil and his team is great on front and back end never a worry if they would arrive they took their time to do a good job and I am super happy with the outcome.

Knowledgeable

Tough to rate this, as both the work and the worker were very good. However the shocking news came with the bill, $350 for 1 hour work (all labor, no parts) even with paying in cash; $150 of which was an after-hour premium (7pm ish). If we had known the exorbitant price beforehand we'd have gone elsewhere. Feel we've been taken advantage of. Again the work was very good, just be sure to get an estimate first.

Showed up on time and did a good job.
