FITZPATRICK PAINTING INCORPORATED

I cannot recommend Fitzpatrick Painting enough! They recently painted a large bedroom for me with high vaulted ceilings, and the results are flawless. From start to finish, they made me feel truly cared about and important. It was such a pleasure to have their team in my home—the two employees clearly love what they do, and I even heard them singing while they worked! It made for such a positive environment. If you want a company that treats you like a priority and brings great energy to the job, this is the one.

They were expeditious and thorough, both competent and courteous throughout. We will certainly use their services again.

We had Fitzpatrick paint a dark stain wood bookcase/entertainment center at our Salem location. We found the company to be very professional, clear about the process, great attention to detail, show up on time, complete the job as stated, and they did a beautiful job. They were able to set up and perform the work right in our garage. Again, a very professional set up. The process was quite painless for us, the homeowners, and everything was cleaned up after they left. They weren’t the least expensive of the 3 estimates we had, but we think we chose the best and it was worth the cost. Well done! We should also mention that Crew Lead, Sergio Maldonado, was so great to work with, as well as Field Supervisor, Manny Jauregui.

They are all very nice people! They did a great job with our exterior house painting. Unfortunately, I'm giving 3 stars because they are VERY unorganized... a few times, workers were showing up when we didn't know they were coming. They started painting in either September or October and only just finished the project (January). They apparently had to order some wood for some areas to be fixed on our house but then we didn't hear from them for over a month until we were sent a bill, which we then had to call them to let them know they never finished the job, which they didn't even know about. We had several times where they told us, "painters quit, the manager in charge of this project is on vacation, the manager was promoted, someone left while on the job... etc) they do not communicate well to each other either. My husband had to call different people for the painting portion and different people for the wood repair and no one worked together or knew what was going on. They really need to get their office people or whoever, to figure stuff out and get a better process or something because 3-4 months is a long time of us waiting around and the disorganization is not a good look. (And this doesn't have anything to do with the weather making it take longer, it was weeeeeks before they even fixed the wood because they thought they were done. The guy told us that someone that was supposed to order the wood didn't, and he quit, so they didn't leave notes or anything regarding our project) I'm not sure if we were just the unlucky ones or what.
