Jimmy and his team were WONDERFUL. They started when they said they would, finished when they said they would, came in very close to budget even though there were a lot of unexpected problems with my apartment that were not visible when they did the estimate and the work looks fantastic. They also dealt with my extremely difficult coop board on numerous occasions to move the process along. I will never again work with anyone but Jimmy--if you need additional information, please let me know--I'd be happy to tell you about my (great) experience with Jimmy (meredithsheldon@hotmail.com). My fiance and I were shocked at how smoothly things went, especially after dealing with many of the other unreliable and super expensive contractors in the city.

My schedule is demanding and the reason I'm still in the planning stage. I don't think I'd have the courage to continue toward renovating my Pullman kitchen were it not for Jimmy Daliapes. Mr. Daliapes has been patient, informative and very knowledgeable about every phase of building. He is a thorough craftsman with an in-depth resume, and he can make anything a client can dream of.
