They overcharged me for a roof repair when they could have done a roof replacement. They re-used materials that was there to fix it. They didn't buy new materials. It was not done properly based on a roof inspection I had. The valley and the flashing was not repaired properly. I feel like they overcharged me for the quality of work especially since they re-used materials and didn't put new material in.

"Five Flags was hired to repair area discussed upon, which was the chimney. Five Flags did complete and, have inspected. It is impossible to reuse materials and past inspections. There is a 8,000 to 10,000 dollar difference more in replacing whole roof compared to the price charged. Also, the fact of the matter is that Five Flags was there to replace work that someone else recently ?tried? to repair. Which were not Licensed or obviously did not know the trade. I am very sorry, for the mixup. And Thank you for the review, I have this noted so we (Five Flags) can better assist to problems like this in the near future."

Very fast, out within hours with the quote. Did the work quickly and it seems good. However they left roofing nails in my driveway.

"Very sorry for the miscommunication. We repaired area agreed-upon. The leak you are referring to was not discussed, and was on a different area of roof. We can not repair areas that are not brought to our knowledge, or areas that the owner and Five Flags has yet to discover. These things tend to happen when buying a new home. Very sorry, hope you are enjoying new home."
