Tanner at Five Guys Air came to look at our roof and gave us a detailed quote within the timeframe he promised. He was professional and kind. He brought over samples of the shingles that we were interested in so that we could see what they would look like next to our house paint color, etc. When we picked out our favorite and there were issues getting that shingle, Tanner and Armando worked together to help us find a different shingle that looked the most like the one we wanted. The team showed up when promised, and the work was finished in the projected amount of time. We are very happy with the results. And the price was right. Thank you, Five Guys!

I wholeheartedly agree with every comment on the other 5-star reviews! They finished the job yesterday, ahead of schedule. It didn't cost much more to go with 2 layers of underlayment instead of 1 for a longer warranty. The crew did a great job of cleaning up each day. We were going to use another well known company and at the last minute called 5 Guys for another estimate. Not only did they have a much better price, but included Birdstop (which we need to help keep the fruit rats out of the attic). Starting with the estimator, Shane, and everyone we came in contact with, made us feel like we were their most important customer and the follow through exceeded our expectations. Wish they also painted houses!

These guys were amazing from start to finish. They showed up for the scheduled estimate, were very professional and had a quote before they left. Pricing was very good and agreed to do the job. They emailed me with a schedule and a contact person. Stuck to their schedule, did an amazing job and got final pictures of the roof repair. I highly recommend them !

5 Guys Roofing is an awesome company to work with. I call them and explained my problem, unknown leak. They sent an estimator out a few days later. The estimator explained the problems, show me pictures and also checked the rest of my roof. Had an estimate for work to be performed the next day. Approved it and work was scheduled. The work was completed in a timely matter, pictures taken of the repairs made. A follow was done by a foreman, who also sent me pictures of work in progress and completion pictures. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with. In fact i just recommended 5 Guys to a friend.

Showed up on time, respected property, cleaned up thoroughly, and above all, did the appropriate tasks to do the job as specified and appropriate to the need. They know customer service and do it well. my project was a simple fix - small job. They wanted to help resolve my problem and did a great job. I'm waiting on the final repaired area photos, but would highly recommend this contractor.

They provided a detailed report on our roof and gave us options on repair and replacement. We have hired them to do our roof replacement but work has not yet begun. UPDATE: they have completed the roof replacement and we are very satisfied with their work. They did what they said, when they said with no surprises. They were very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very easy to work with. Came out to do an estimate within a couple days of our initial contact. The project was delayed a few days but they let me know well in advance that they needed to reschedule our Friday appointment to the next Monday, no big deal. Would use them again if we ever have another roof issue.
