Alex was awesome! He came on time, clearly explained to me what was broken and how he would fix my garage door, and also tightened some loose screws and lubricated the hinges to tune up my door. I would highly recommend him!

He gave me a price quote over the phone before coming, then came and installed it the next morning. He's polite, professional and has fair pricing. He also did an overall check of my existing Liftmaster garage door and controls and added silicone lubricant to all the parts free of charge. Great customer service and I highly recommend.
