Just confirm the price upfront. He said $75 service call and would include parts. Then charged $100 for a 10 minute air line clearing. Only $25 different, but surprised me. Just get clear understanding upfront. Otherwise ... great.

If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. I m not exaggerating when I say he was the best appliance technician I ve ever had in 40 yrs. Fast, professional, explained what he was doing, and discussed how to prevent the problem in the future.
