Ash did an excellent job repairing my washer. The lid was broken and he replaced it quickly and professionally. He was very kind, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Everything works perfectly now and I really appreciated his great attitude and quality service. Highly recommend Ash for any appliance repairs!

Ash was honest and knowledgeable about the repair. He communicated well, arrived on time, and explained what he found. Ultimately it was better to get a new appliance. I appreciate him not trying to do a fix that might not last.

Ash knew how to do the job. He arrived at the promised time with the proper tools for the installation of the microwave n the prebuilt cabinet. Ash worked in a professional manner and truly deserves Five Star rating.

Very satisfied with the work done—we thought we would have to purchase a new washer, but Ash was able to fix it by ordering and replacing parts. Ash was very patient and knowledgeable; I even got to ask him about correct maintenance of our washer and dryer, and he explained everything. Highly recommend; decent guy with a common sense and decent pricing.

My ice maker was not producing ice it was freezing inside the ice maker. It was not making any type of ice so I decided to call my refrigerator company Samsung for help, but I got no where with them so I ended up calling ( Five Star appliance ) for help with fast and friendly customer service. ( ASH ) showed up and got to work to find out what was the problem and fix it.., he troubleshooted the issue, very quickly figured it out, fixed the problem and fixed my ice maker. He saved me a lot of money from repurchasing a whole new fridge or for Samsung charging arm & a leg to send a technician. I highly recommend Ash and Five star appliance, go to company in the future if anything else of mine breaks down. Thank you again!
