The one thing I can say is stupendous!!! The people I dealt with from the very beginning were awesome. They did not rush you and were very knowledgeable about their jobs. They were very respectful of your property and went above and beyond their job. They even moved my car and helped me bring in my groceries. Not to mention the beautiful bathroom I now have! I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you everyone

everyone we worked with was professional and personable. their time estimates were met or exceeded. we had a shower replacement and a bathtub to shower conversion in our two bathrooms. they use quality materials, the subs did their jobs well, our questions were answered, our concerns addressed, and the company appears to care about their customers. eric did a good job running the show and even came himself to address one of our concerns. you should know that calling the local number appears to route you to the national HQ, who pass your info on to the local owner. if we had to name one thing we wish was different, we would wish their sales person did not use the "package price" approach to pricing. we understand it would be harder on the company, but it would allow the customer to better control the pricing process. and we should note the other competing estimates were done the same way.

The work was performed at the budget and invoice agreed, Problems with the install were taken care of at no additional Charge. Shower enlargement and replacement.

Ill start with the concerns: 1. It took 2 days, a total of about 8 hours. This was not their fault (older home-more repairs) and I am glad they did it right, not fast. However, just be prepared it may take more time depending on what they get into. 2. The tub and shower surround do not match. Not huge, but would have been nice to know this upfront, just to be prepared for it. The positives! These guys were great. Sales representative reviewed our needs and worked with what we wanted, not what the upgrade was. I appreciated the different options for their bathtub remodels, helped to put into perspective the budget friendly vs splurge upgrades. Of course there was a little bit of hard and fast sales tactics, but if you're ready, that can work in your favor. Install was scheduled quickly, within about 2 weeks. The installer was prompt and careful. New materials appear to be quality products and the finished area is pretty sleek looking. End goal, new tub without concern of moisture. Plus, it comes with a lifetime warranty, not too shabby. I would recommend these guys, at least give them a chance to show you their options.

The people we interacted with were very friendly and professional, and communicated with us better than most companies have in the past. We appreciated how they strip down the old shower before installing the new shower, not every bath company does that (some out there simply stick the new on top of the old, with very bad results). When all is said and done, we got what we wanted, there were no awful surprises, and we're glad we hired them!
