I could not be any happier with the company as well as my bathroom. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also the installation crew was very polite and provided me with a beautiful bathroom. I would definitely recommend this company!!

A big thank you to Bryn, Ron and Guy for all your hard work and help to repair and remodel our bathroom. Would highly recommend 5 stars and their team as they were a pleasure to work with, completed the job in a timely fashion, and we are very happy with the results. The unique tub surround not only looks nice, but was a breeze to clean and I am thrilled to no longer smell/use the harsh chemicals to clean it. Win win all around.

Bryn arrived absolutely on time, as agreed. His business and work overview was brief and concise, with my opportunity to ask questions and gain more insight. He provided a thorough explanation of each item of work, the product & guarantee, and next steps. The approach was truly professional and treated me like an intelligent adult. The next steps of measuring and my input occurred on time and precisely how we agreed â ¦ without surprises. Their installation guys also arrived on time, protected my home with tarps and floor protection. Their work was stellar and the result was stunning. They consulted with me each step in the process of the install to ensure my satisfaction. They cleaned-up completely and left my home spotless. Best of all management called and texted throughout the install and after to make certain I was satisfiedâ ¦. Just an â Old Schoolâ level of customer satisfaction! Their business approach is rare these days, hands on, and one actually gets an honest to questions! Iâ ve already referred them to a friend and she had the identical experiences! Nice Company!
