I had a wonderful experience with Five Star Bath Solutions! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The owner Nathan was extremely helpful, professional and followed through with everything he said including start time and completion of work to get done. Rob did the work, and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was friendly, knowledgeable,respectful, detailed, and clearly takes pride in his work. The finished result looks beautiful, and everything was completed with great care and quality. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone looking for excellent service and a job done right!

From all the salesmen who came to give me thier sells pitch, it was refreshing to see Nate- the business owner, who goes out to meet the potential customer, take the measurements, showing the materials and designs samples in a calm, friendly way rather than pushing to close right now. As a small business the price tag estimate for the job was significantly lower than the other 3 compannies we talked to, as it doesn't have to include sales guys, training centers and big administration. After order was placed Rob who installed came with everything and put all carefully and meticulously. This business doesn't promis like all others "instalation in 1 day", but take thier time doing everything in the proper way rather a fast sloppy job. Thank you guys for a real royal shower !

From when Nate arrived to look at what was needed to when Brook and Josiah left, it was a professional and pleasant experience. Nate was professional in his discussion of what the process evolves and presented a fair quote. I had 5 companies give me estimates, his was the best and most inclusive. Brook and Josiah were clean, quiet, and did outstanding work. 5 stars is not enough for this company. Highly recommend them.

Nick and Brook were absolutely amazing! Nick came to our house to give a quote. He showed us specific details of what to expect. He worked with us to give us the best price possible. In fact, for the same exact materials, his price was almost half of what Mad City quoted us. Brook did most of the install and kept us up to date every step of the way. We had a vent placement issue. He told us the options and solved it perfectly. The price quoted was a set price. As they came across extra work that they didn't anticipate, they fixed it without charging a penny more! It has been a couple months since the install, and we still love our shower!!! I would recommend 5 Star to anyone and everyone! Thank you Nick and Brook for an incredible experience and product.
