Work was done on time in less than a day exactly as promised.

Original Dalton crew installed shower and punched a hole in pan during installation. Would not replace, just patched hole. They closed and Marietta crew took over our area. When they saw the patched pan, they replaced with new pan.

This is our second project and they were great - timely, great products and better service

Five Star Bath Solution is just that they are a five star company from the inception to my home to the completion of the job. I have no complaints. They respected my home by taking his shoes off. They even respected my hardwood floors and cover them. I didn’t have to worry about cleanup. I didn’t have to worry about what was gonna happen next they kept me abreast. it was wonderful. They took out two bathroom tubs expanded my master shower and kept my tub intact. They even put my new light fixtures up. It looks absolutely marvelous, but you don’t have to take my word for it look at it.

The experience started with David, our salesperson. He was informative, personable and not pushy. I liked the product and signed. However, hubby wanted more quotes. We got two more and were not pleased with value at other places. Stuck with Five Star. They were about a week quicker getting product and it was a one day install (mostly). There were a few hiccups which can happen but they took care of the problems quickly. The end product is gorgeous and my 82 year old mom feels much safer taking a shower.

They were very professional and quick and they answered any questions I had.

From the time I initially called them, they answered all of my questions and was able to give me a quick appointment and did an excellent job with their installation. Eric and his team really did a wonderful job and was extremely helpful during the whole process. They cleaned up each day when they were finished and answered any questions that I had.

The crew did a very nice job on our walk in shower. It is Beautiful we love it. They explained things that there were doing. They were respectful, and knowledgeable. Everything was done professionally.

They came and measured for my shower doors a week ago and they have not contacted me , I don?t know if the material has been ordered . I would like to know or I will hire someone else
