I had an excellent experience doing business with Five Star Bath Solutions. I had both, my shower and tub replaced. Randy, who came to my house to give an estimate, Lisa, my point of contact person, and the Installation Crew, ID and Jasson, were great. Lisa, was very friendly and professional. She kept in touch with me before the Installation, giving me specific dates of the installation, and even reached out to see if I would be interested in an earlier installation date. After the Installation was completed, Lisa contacted me to make certain I was completely satisfied with the installation. She displayed a genuine sense of Friendliness that was matched by her genuine display of Professionalism. The Installation Crew of ID and Jasson, did an excellent job. They arrived during the time stated, and were very friendly and professional while completing the job. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They certainly were deserving of a 5 Star Rating.

Excellent work by the crew they sent. Shower replaces a tub that was getting harder for me to get in and out of. The new shower is gorgeous. Well done.

I needed my floors replaced from a previous install. It appears we may have gotten bad material at the time . But five star bath was able to work with me and schedule a re install . The material is awesome and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Bathroom is even better than the first install . Thank you again I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with Five Star Bath Solutions from start to finish. David was very friendly and knowledgeable during the zero pressure consultation. The crew was punctual and answered all my questions, while providing excellent workmanship and cleanup afterward. Lisa did a great job proving scheduling updates along the way. Project manager Kyle even jumped in to install three faucets at project end. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone.

Great experience. No high pressure sales, showed up when they said they would. 2 installers showed up at 9 am and worked almost non stop until finished at 5 pm. Tub shower conversion to shower looks great. 5 star service and workmanship

The Five Star Bath Solutions did everything they said they would . Put a walk - in shower installation in a timely manner with complete professionalism. A neat, clean operation performed to perfection. Was a complete, feel good experience for both my wife and I. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market of having a new or renovated shower/ bath installation.

The guys sent out were great and professional, they removed my old tub and now I have a very nice shower. I would definitely recommend this company. Can’t wait to try out my shower.

Work was done on time in less than a day exactly as promised.

Original Dalton crew installed shower and punched a hole in pan during installation. Would not replace, just patched hole. They closed and Marietta crew took over our area. When they saw the patched pan, they replaced with new pan.

This is our second project and they were great - timely, great products and better service

Five Star Bath Solution is just that they are a five star company from the inception to my home to the completion of the job. I have no complaints. They respected my home by taking his shoes off. They even respected my hardwood floors and cover them. I didn’t have to worry about cleanup. I didn’t have to worry about what was gonna happen next they kept me abreast. it was wonderful. They took out two bathroom tubs expanded my master shower and kept my tub intact. They even put my new light fixtures up. It looks absolutely marvelous, but you don’t have to take my word for it look at it.

The experience started with David, our salesperson. He was informative, personable and not pushy. I liked the product and signed. However, hubby wanted more quotes. We got two more and were not pleased with value at other places. Stuck with Five Star. They were about a week quicker getting product and it was a one day install (mostly). There were a few hiccups which can happen but they took care of the problems quickly. The end product is gorgeous and my 82 year old mom feels much safer taking a shower.
