OMG adding a new review for Five Star Bath Solutions of Marietta! Five years ago I worked with them to the millimeter to use the most of the space to give me a dream shower. Sorry I can only find these 4 pics. They let me design it with their help; making adjustments during the build. Having come in and make sure my shower heads and benches were good and we found a little more room each time. It was amazing and so quick and great quality. Now 5 yrs later they remanufactured the textured floor I had and made some enhancements. What company stays in touch with you and comes back to see how things are after 5 years? Then came back out installed it and under the LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY with no cost to me. While here they re-did the caulking so it was new as well as changed out one of my outdated shower heads and they have us feeling like new!! The company runs like a small owned business that actually cared and makes you want to feel like family.

Chuck came first, he explained everything so that I could understand and measured everything. He gave me a good fair price. The crew that did the work were amazing. Eric who is the crew leader really cares about what he does. He does everything to perfection. I had my shower, tub and floor done. It looks beautiful. I would give the company ten stars, I highly recommend them.

Very professional crew with great efficiency! We had 3 tubs changed to showers and they were able to finish in 2 days!! Cleaned up all debris and left all new shower doors spotless! Thanks for a great job!

Everyone we communicated with provided excellent service. All were very nice and responsive to our needs. They converted a shower tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. I couldn’t find the colors (blue/teal incorporated with charcoal/black and white pattern) anywhere else. They also installed flooring, and took out old appliances (toilet, vanity/sink, cabinet, mirror and lighting) and installed new ones I purchased. The installers were on time, professsional, courteous and neat. It was a great experience.

From the first visit from sales representative down to the installation team it was definitely a 5star performance. The work we imagined taking a week they did in exactly two days. Very professional and customer focused every step of the way. Will recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home. Worth every penny spent to give our home the master bath it deserved. They did a gorgeous job. When we planned the Hall bathroom to get a makeover, the price was so good, I went ahead and had them replace the vanity in my master bathroom in which I had the shower redone by a different company nearly two years earlier.The gentlemen who did the installation did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own house. I couldn’t be more pleased. From the original designer who came out to help me plan, to the liaison who got everything scheduled to the gentleman who came out and measured everything, there were no “pressure sales” no upselling. The whole process was a pleasant experience! ( And it was done all in One Day!!)

We had a great experience with 5 Star Bath Solutions updating our bathroom, and the before-and-after difference is incredible! From the beginning, the sales team was great to work with, and the installation team was absolutely amazing. We did hit a few hiccups along the way, as can happen with any renovation, but what really stood out was how much everyone genuinely cared. They listened to our concerns, communicated with us, and made a real effort to help get everything taken care of. You can tell customer satisfaction matters to this team. We’re very happy with how the bathroom turned out and really appreciate everyone who helped bring it together. Definitely an experience and a transformation we’re excited to enjoy!

After informing the company about a product issue, I was contacted by Lisa, the office manager, who made the arrangement for someone to come to my home to assess the problem. She was able to get me an appointment with Kyle, who came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I am happy with his work product.

I had an excellent experience doing business with Five Star Bath Solutions. I had both, my shower and tub replaced. Randy, who came to my house to give an estimate, Lisa, my point of contact person, and the Installation Crew, ID and Jasson, were great. Lisa, was very friendly and professional. She kept in touch with me before the Installation, giving me specific dates of the installation, and even reached out to see if I would be interested in an earlier installation date. After the Installation was completed, Lisa contacted me to make certain I was completely satisfied with the installation. She displayed a genuine sense of Friendliness that was matched by her genuine display of Professionalism. The Installation Crew of ID and Jasson, did an excellent job. They arrived during the time stated, and were very friendly and professional while completing the job. I would highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They certainly were deserving of a 5 Star Rating.
