So pleased with the process and final product. We had a scheduling complication after the work started, and Five Star Bath Solutions staff worked around our time restraints to keep on schedule. They took the time in the beginning to be sure they understood what we wanted. The renovations have made such a difference in how our bathroom looks and functions now. It was a great partnership for us and we highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions and their products.

The resulting remodeling exceeded our expectations. The job involved removing a shower/tub combination and replacing with a full shower. The resulting shower is very attractive. It completely changed to the look of the bathroom to an area with much more natural light and a modern appearance. They also completed enhancements to add a light over the shower and replace the toilet. We were pleased with being able to have a completed project done quickly and very much enjoyed working with the Five Star Bath personnel.

Jason and his crew at 5 star bath solutions are truly 5 star all around. The initial estimatea ppointment was on a Saturday, he was on time. He showed my mother and I samples of everything. Jason had previous job pictures on a iPad to demonstrate what certain options would look like. We added a few options such as a disability grab bars, a shower seat, and recessed lighting. They finished ahead of schedule, then made one final appointment to ensure we were happy. He can work with a variety of budgets and even offers financing if needed. I will use this contractor again.
