My experience with 5-Star Bath Solutions is rather unique, quick and extremely pleasant. I had contacted a remodeler to update my bathroom of 65+ years. At the end of the 3rd week of the remodel, that contractor developed back issues. Since the remaining work involved backbreaking work and heavy lifting, I told him I would have someone else finish the job. After performing a Google search, I contacted 5-Star and the very next day Marty met with me to see what needed to be completed. Due to the New Year's holiday, two days later Joe came to clean the tile that had been grouted, installed the shower door, re-installed the toilet, installed the new vanity, put the mirrors on the medicine cabinet and installed the towel rack and toilet paper holder. All of this was completed in less than a day and a half and the final results exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the quick response time, the hard work that Joe put in, and all at a very competitive price. Great experience. Began with expert design consult. Received regular updates on progress of ordering parts and receiving the parts. Installation scheduled and Randy and Kayden arrived on time and expertly installed new shower in two days. Extra attention to minimizing time water had to be shut off to install new fixtures and drop cloths were used to protect our floors. Clean up was immaculate.

Easy to work with, good quality walk in tub. Quality workmanship. A few problems came up, but they were dealt with promptly and to my satisfactions
