We are so pleased at the exceptional job that Five Star has done for us. From start to finish, it was a great experience. They provided quality products and worked within our budget. Matt and Paul did a professional job on installation and cleaned up after each day and completed the project within 2 days. We would highly recommend this company to anyone remodeling their bathroom.

Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company.

The rep was a very nice young man and explained the process in simple way that we both understood. We especially liked that they are a local company. The owner and rep even went to Belvidere...go Bucs!
