Five Star did a really great job for us! Shower of our dreams and cheaper than the BIG companies. I really am happy I chose them. I will attach a photo of the shower so everyone can see how nice it is! I show it to everyone at church to brag about how nice my shower is lol. If you use them, ask for Miguel the sales guy. He reminds me a lot of my grandson. Very nice guy.

Had many sales people come to my home. Beware! By far the best value, savings, lowest price, and no nonsense long dialogue. I paid less than a third than the highest quote, and also a bit less than the lowest. They worked with me in order to get the most for what was in my budget. Consequently we did two bathrooms. The workmanship and materials were as good as it gets. I thank you Five Star Bath for really being the right solution for my needs.

Had a meeting with Steve for the purchase, but after we were sold Steve disappeared and we were dealing with Eli. The contract and things discussed with Steve were NOT what Eli was in agreement with and we had redo the complete contract. It took almost 3 months for the project to be completed and it was a hassle from start to finish. It was already frustrating because of the language barrier, but at some parts we felt bullied into having things done that we didn’t want. Robert was great and I’m really enjoying his work. The last picture I posted is after a week of the project finishing. Whatever is used to seal the cracks started separating. Getting into touch with someone when there is an issue is hard work and instead of being asked what day is good for someone to come fix an issue, we are being told of a day someone would be stopping by. The work looks good, but the customer service needs some work.

I am completely blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail! From the initial call to the salesman who came to see me all the way to the actual work being done. Everyone was friendly and professional and never hesitated to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Did the job 6 months ago. Last night the new shower came on BY ITSELF. Had to cut off house water. Called 2x today and was assured I'd get a courtesy callback. WATER STILL OFF. STILL NO CALL TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM. Get your bathroom update done elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.
