The entire process with five star bath solutions was great. Jared the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Leo the owner was kind and responsive with any questions I had. Mike the contractor who did the demolition and install does incredible work! This was not an easy job due to how old the house is and Mike did everything with great precision and care. Mike is the best person I have EVER had work on my house. I can't say enough good things about the entire process. If you are looking around and wondering which company to use for a bathroom remodel like I was I would highly recommend going with five star!

Five Star Bath did a fantastic job on our bathroom. They took a 37 year old bathroom with an ugly, leaky fiberglass shower and a rickity old sliding door that wouldn’t stay on its flimsy track, and transformed it into a high quality, beautiful, waterproof shower with solid sliding glass doors on a well designed and installed frame that looks and works great. Leo guided us through the process of selecting flooring, a vanity and sink, light fixture, and medicine cabinet. Thanks to his help, we were able to choose everything with confidence, and are very happy with the choices we made and how well everything came together. Mike, Ed, and Wayne handled the installation and were fantastic. They corrected preexisting issues that came to light during the demolition of our old shower, vanity, and lighting fixture. They did a great job installing the flooring, shower, vanity, light fixture, and medicine cabinet we selected. They are very professional team; reliable, punctual, and friendly. Our new walk-in shower looks great! It was completed in 3 days and the installer did a great job. Initially the shelf height was too high for me and I tried to work with it but ended up calling them. Another shelf was ordered right away and installed at a better height when it came in. I am so pleased we went with Five Star Bath Solutions because they do what they can to make the customer happy and satisfied with the finished product.

From start to finish we were impressed by everything they did for us !!! The explanation of the process and product was easy and well explained !!! Scheduling the install was quick and was all dine with our convenience in mind !!! The install was quick as well. One component came in damage and a new one was ordered to rectify the problem in a very fast manner !!! We are thrilled with the result and love our new shower !!!

Bath Solutions change my outdated upstairs bathroom completely: Super insulated to last. New durable fixtures, grabar, foot rest, pull down seat, and sliding glass a wonderful job.
