I cannot say enough great things about Five Star Bath Solutions! After discovering a pipe leak, I unexpectedly found I needed to renovate my bathrooms. I interviewed a lot of companies, but none compared to Five Star Bath Solutions. Ironically, I first met them completely by chance at their booth on the Huntington Beach Pier while walking my dog and playing their raffle game. I had no idea that random stop would lead me to one of the best renovation experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the entire team was professional, honest, kind, and incredibly skilled. Jose and Carlos built the most beautiful showers, paying attention to every tiny detail to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Salome and Samuel transformed the rest of the bathrooms with flawless drywall, paint, flooring, and finishing work that tied everything together beautifully. Mike and the entire supervisory team checked in every single day, not only to make sure the work met the highest standards, but also to make sure I was happy with the progress. That level of communication and care is rare. And as an added bonus, every time Dave stopped by, I walked away with a new coffee recipe! What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into an enjoyable experience. This group of talented contractors quickly felt more like friends working in my home than just a construction crew. They completed the renovation in record time without ever sacrificing quality. If you’re considering a bathroom renovation, stop looking. Five Star Bath Solutions exceeded every expectation I had. We have been wanting to redo our California Bath for close to 5 years. We were nervous about finding a reputable company that wasn’t going to hose us. Five Star is really 5 Stars!! They were very professional throughout the process and even was able to get our project done in a timely manner. Not only did we redo the bath/shower, they installed and new vanity, flooring and even painted the space! Hard to find a company that can be 1 stop shop in the bathroom.

I was convinced I needed multiple bids to make a choice, but the choice was really easy. Five Star Bath Solutions is locally owned, licensed and doesn’t sub out the work. Their prices are competitive and their customer service was easily the best of the bunch. They told me that they would be at home at 7:30am to install and they were right on time. In addition to the fantastic work, they were really careful to with how they prepped and cleaned up. You would have never even known they were here once they left. Kudos to Mateo for a well done shower.

I am so happy with the outcome of this project! Five Star was really 5 stars. They were so helpful with the design and even did the other items of the bathroom outside the shower. We got bombarded with so many contractors and this company was head and shoulders the best out of the bunch. Don't waste your time on others

Super impressed with Five Star start to finish. We 1st met with Carol who was very patient and really understood or bathroom vision. From there we met with our project manager Gilbert that who was responsive throughout the process for any last minute questions I had prior to the project. Our bathroom installer Albert really was meticulous about his work and it showed. Everyone was nice, communicative and supportive. Highly recommend this company!

Super responsive company from the initial reach out and service call, as well as at other points when I needed to make changes or had questions.
