I’m kinda late with my review but Mike and his team were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in getting our remodeling project with all three of our bathrooms. Five Star removed the original shower and installed a new one. We are very happy with the outcome, however, it took considerably longer than expected (over a month) and the communication from beginning to end was poor.

Five Star replaced an old tub with a shower. Micheal and Junior were both professional and both did great work.

The sales person was friendly and easy to work with (not pushy). The guys that came to do the demo and installation were polite, conscientious, and efficient. The painters also did a great job. We love our new shower and bathroom and have been very pleased with their work!

Five Star Bath Solutions of Charlotte remodeled two of my bathrooms. Everyone, from the salesperson to the actual contractors, were reliable and knowledgeable. The project was finished on-time, even with an unforeseen issue that occurred (not due to their part - defective toilet from the manufacturer). I highly recommend them for people seeking quality work for a fair price.

Dependable, trustworthy, affordable and dedicated to excellent work

I recently had my 2 bathrooms renovated by Five Star Bath Solutions and their name really says it all. Michael Vineyard and his crew did a fabulous job! Pedro and his crew built me a beautiful shower, installed my floors, mirrors, vanities, shower doors, toilets and various hardware and decorative items. They took great care to be sure everything was just like I wanted it. Alfredo and his painting crew are THE BEST. They made my damaged walls look smooth as velvet. Sharp clean lines and no drips anywhere. Each day, and at the end both crews cleaned up and removed all trash. Michael oversaw everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was how I wanted it. Thanks to you all!

Outstanding job. The shower is beautiful. The installers were awesome. They were so kind and efficient. The install took less than a day. They worked so hard. They cleaned everything up so well that you can't even tell they were here. I am beyond happy with the work they did. I highly recommend Five Star. I give them 10 Stars.

We wanted to share our amazing experience working with Five Star! We just completed a total remodel of our master bathroom, and from start to finish, the Five Star team was absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had an old tub with ceramic tile. They removed that and the flooring and existing vanity and toilet. I had a new wall shower system installed with sliding glass doors and shelving. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them.

Five Star Bath is an excellent company. Their design consultant was very informative and they have a proprietary product that is sleek, but also durable. Our tub to shower conversion was clean and seamless. Kirk and team communicated well are excellent install techs. Additionally they were much more competitive from a pricing perspective than all of the larger companies.

Could not be happier with the great work done by the whole team. The work was done exactly as planned. I was impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness and communication from everyone on the job. Highly recommend!!

5 Star upgraded two showers for us replacing very old fiberglass tubs. One was upgraded to a beautiful walk in shower and the other a wonderful deep tub. Brian was very professional, respectful of our home and quick as both jobs were done in less than 3 days. Mike and Steve did an excellent job explaining all our options and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend them.
