Outstanding experience from start to finish! They were very patient while I worked through the VA funding approval process. They showed up when they were scheduled to and when they left the only way we could tell they had been there was a beautiful new shower.

On time, on promise. They kept me informed along the way and delivered an excellent shower installation. I was impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and quality of their operation. Five Star is appropriate.

I discovered that the shower in my new home had apparently been practicing its own version of indoor plumbing… by leaking for who knows how long. After getting numerous in-home estimates and listening to more than a few fast-paced sales pitches, I was starting to wonder if I’d ever take a hot shower again! Out of desperation for a functioning shower (and because I was tired of sharing a shower with two teenagers), I scheduled three more estimates, including Five Star Bath Solutions. Scott came out, and almost immediately, I knew Five Star was the company we were looking for. Scott was personable, knowledgeable, and upfront about the entire process…without the high-pressure salesman spiel. I felt so confident in him and his company that I cancelled my other two estimates! Five Star kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the final product speaks for itself. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from beginning to end! If you need a repair, renovation, or update, I highly recommend Five Star. They turned our shower situation from a dripping disaster into something we absolutely love! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
