I recently hired this company for a full bathroom remodel, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. The bathroom in my rented out condo (circa 1985) was falling apart. I had Five Star refurbish the entire bath. Although they specialize in "wet areas" (in my case replacing a decrepit tub with a beautiful shower with barn door sliders), I also asked them to replace other fixtures (vanity and marble top, ceiling fan, toilet, medicine cabinet, new flooring overlay). I purchased these items and Five Star installed them. Troy and Zach were great at doing all these installations. But most of all, the shower is beautiful, including a grab bar and an upscale shower head with removable wand. All in a black finish I chose. In particular, Zach installed all this despite challenges of out-of-plumb walls and hidden drain alterations. Plan on working together with the crew if you have an older unit. There are a lot of details once you go beyond the wet work. They take the time, and are very detailed in all aspects. Better yet, a single unit residential bath should be a snap, especially for a simple tub-to-shower conversion. But this type of conversion will obviate any maintenance issues you might find down the road with grout and cleaning. I find the appearance of the new bath as good as the traditional tiled unit I put into my house years ago. And the fixtures used in the sliding door and shower faucet/head are first class. I got a quote from another well-known contractor who also does fences and roofs, and got the typical bid-high-and-then-retreat treatment. Not with Five Star.

We love our new shower and tub that Noah installed for us last week. He was able to remove the old tub by himself and then worked through a downpour to make sure our bathroom was finished in two days instead of the planned three days. Easy explanation of process without begging for committment

We was getting estimates for our bath room remodeling. Harlan came to give us free estimate and introduced us new shower wall system. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . Harlan presented to us with four different options based on our preferences and budget. We were able to pick one easily and are very excited to get it started.

We spent months researching and planning our bath renovation, followed by meetings and quotes from several companies. Five Star was the clear winner. From our first contact, with Adriane, it was simple and easy. Harlan spent time making sure all of our options were explained in full. Erik made several visits to measure and plan. Finally, Noah and Erik worked tirelessly to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The bathroom is beautiful, designed to accomodate our plans to age in place, and the process was well planned and well executed.
