"Not true. Customer didn't show for estimate. I drove over 25 miles to a empty house and no explanation. Customer is complaining that I charged $19 over the estimate. Sorry but I really couldn't give a to the penny estimate because, again, the customer didn't show up for that. I moved everything I could. Customer never specified one time, what he wanted moved. All of his comments are untrue. I believe he's still upset because I would not take care of the major cat problems for free. No company out there would even try to do that, especially for free. All in all, I hate that a customer isn't satisfied, but I can only do so much without cooperation."
