Be alert for 5 Star Clean and Seal, a *low pressure* washing company. While this company has the ability to clean your roof deck and patio at a relatively cheap price, it comes with a significant cost. The chlorine they use will significantly harm your landscaping as it did mine. I have never reviewed a company on Homeadvisor to date and am only doing so currently to warn potential costumers of 5 Star Clean and Seal. Jorge will promise you that your landscaping will be protected from the harsh chlorine he uses to clean your roof and driveway. He will *assure* you, he will personally be present to wash down any excess chlorine from your landscaping. Do not be fooled! He was not present at all during my job and only showed up at the end to collect his money. When I informed him less than 2 days afterwards that his chlorine had significantly damaged my expensive landscaping, he told me *stuff happens* and to not worry that everything would come back. He could not have been more wrong. I have now spent countless hours and dollars on landscaping repair and replacement. I could not be more disappointed with this company and their lack of professionalism and accountability. I cannot urge all potential customers enough to steer clear of 5 Star Clean and Seal. They are not worth your time or hard-earned money.

I have to say that 5 Star certainly earns their name in the quality of work they do in an honest and ethical manner. Jorge, the owner called me within minutes of me disconnecting from my Home Advisor page and that was on a Sunday! He came by the next day, measured carefully and gave me a quote on the spot with a follow up email outlining what they would do. Gino and his associate came the next week and moved a substantial amount of furniture off my pool patio and began the cleaning process. After sealing the driveway, it was a night and day difference! Gino and his partner were very polite and worked well as a team. They returned in a couple of days and put everything back in place. Jorge then followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. That is 5 star service! Will certainly be using this team of professionals again on other projects!

They were meticulous and have a knowledgeable crew. They were friendly, showed up on time and provided an all around great service. They gave me some helpful tips to maintain everything as well. They powerwashed my roof, driveway, walkways, pool deck, and sealed the pool deck as well for my property. They made it a really easy and painless process and I would recommend them.
