Excellent response time, very friendly, and prices were great! It was the mother of all clogs. While at my house, he showed me a very bad leak in the basement and a lot of my pipes weren t connected. He fixed all of it and went above and beyond. Also showed me some cost saving tips. Excellent, excellent, excellent work! I very highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

My husband & I are workers! Retired but still STRONG! We appreciate someone who will work as hard we do. We were so impressed with how nice Jamie was as a person, but his work ethics blew us away! He never stopped working! We had a clogged drain that WE worked on for two days and we could get nowhere with our rented snake. NO ONE EVER WANTS TO HIRE A PLUMBER!!!! The clog was so bad, I felt like there was a animal in the pipe. Jamie thought the same after not being able to get through the pipes with his much more powerful snake than we had - he had only seen one clog like this in the past 20 years! It turned out to be PACKED WITH GREASE that a powerful electric snake could not get through it. Unfortunately our pipe was encased in a wall in the basement (a bedroom). After snaking several times, he had no choice but to cut into the ceiling to be able to cut the pipe. What he found was so gross. I gagged when I saw it. The smell - YUCK! The pipe was fully packed with GREASE (I was happy it was not an animal). It was the worst he has ever seen in his 20 plus years of drain cleaning. Jamie said it had to been at a least 15 years for this pipe to get this stuck. We have only been in this house for 1 year. The water would go down slow, but it did go down and finally just stopped. Not only did JAMIE worked his butt off - his price was shockingly a lot less than I EVER EXPECTED. I had called a few plumbers before going to Home Advisor (including a family member who was $74.00 MORE per hour). Jamie called me as soon as I requested him - He travelled 48 miles to come to us, worked neatly and professionally - never stopped for any reason - got the JOB DONE - and on top of it, he was genuine friendly guy who worked with a smile, no matter how hard it was to deal with! I wish I could hire him for EVERYTHING! HE GOT THE JOB DONE - AND THE PRICE WAS PERFECTO!!!! Would ABSOLUTELY HIRE HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN! We wished we could ADOPT HIM! THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN if you read this JAMIE (Keep doing what you do - because you do it WELL!)

Timely service (less than 2 hrs to get here after initial phone call. Excellent work done on a professional yet friendly manner. Fixed drain issue in about 2 hours!

Jamie arrived on time, and performed exemplary service. Cleaned the drain in minutes. Even my tenant stated what a great job he did and said I should keep him on speed dial. I definitely recommend for service.
