Showed up on the wrong date. Was in the home for 20 minutes and charged $150.00 to set up our TV and other electronics. Didn't hook up a speaker.

We tried calling you to see what we missed but no return calls... you called us needing your tv setup, Soundbar fixed and karaoke hooked up , we accomplished all that and told you what the charge would be before we came... we were there 20 minutes but the drive there was 45 minutes... we even wrote out instructions for the lady that was there and she seemed pleased... so if we missed something please let me know, and we would love to fix it... best wishes, Jason (owner)"

Jason got back to us within minutes and set up a time for them to come out that very day. We had set a time but I was at a doctors appointment that lasted way longer than expected. I called and they worked around my schedule and we were able to have our TV mounted within minutes. The young man who installed it was very efficient, and helpful. The mount we had would not work so thankfully they had one and our TV looks amazing. Will definitely use this company again!

Jason and I discussed options for installing the TV and components to the wall. He was very receptive to options and he even discussed how to hide wires with a winker basket, which is not an issue. Go with someone else, I would not. Highly highly recommend this company.
