Horrible, horrible service. This company installed glass in 3 showers for us. The owner installed 2 kids bathrooms himself and then his guys in our master bedroom suites steam shower which was a mess. They were more interested in getting money after doing a horrible job installing the glass, nothing was plumb, door hinge making noise/cracking, seals moving out of place every time it was closed, glass way out of alignment (see image of one of several laser images taken below showing how much the glass was off, and another images of hinges). The owner came back himself with one guy to fix it but the hinge was never good. I asked him to return and fix the hinge which he did and he stated that he would replace the hinges, this is over a year ago, several texts and phone calls, the last being about a month ago and he hasn't returned since nor have we heard from him. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this company of amateurs, horrible horrible service!!!

Rick and his team were great. They came in did an excellent job on our two bathrooms didnâ t leave any mess behind Cost was affordable Very Pleased with Service ð thank you 5 star glass!!

Five Star was amazing in every way. I thought I could get my sliding glass two door over bathtub back into the track. Instead it shattered into a million pieces. I called Rick on a Sunday, not knowing him, and he got back to me immediately. He emailed photos of shower options and within less than a week had a new, beautiful shower. I wanted to get my bathroom shower glass done by a reputable company near to where I live. I checked around and after looking at Five Star Glass reviews, I took a chance and called Rick. From the beginning I felt totally comfortable speaking to him and he was very accommodating with his time and giving me a timely quote. Not to mention how reasonably priced he was. I could understand all the reviews about how nice he was as well, since I felt so comfortable the first time I met him. I couldnâ t be happier with my new shower glass in my small bathroom and how quick and efficient Rickâ s team did the job. I would highly recommend using Rick and his company, you canâ t go wrong and you wonâ t be sorry you took a chance with him!!

It was okay

I received a very prompt response to my request. The work was immediately scheduled within a couple of days according to my availability. The workers arrived at the time arranged and completed the job very efficiently.

We had a very good experience. The company cares about the client's satisfaction and makes sure things are right and to your liking before you give the final payment.

We ended up installing frame-less shower doors in two bathrooms. Rick is a perfectionist so if it isn't right to his liking he will make sure it is before you have a chance to comment. His prices are competitive and his work is great. He and his crew clean everything when they leave so there is no effort needed. I would certainly use him again.

The quality of work is very high, and the price is very competitive. We needed to get the glass done for our small but custom shower, and we probably got 5 quotes at the end. Rick explained everything to us patiently and in detail. I would recommend Rick to friends and family.

The team of five Star Glass Service did a very good job at my house. They installed 2 shower frameless doors on my bathrooms and they look fantastic. They came on time, were very efficient and professional. I would hire them again for other glass jobs in the near future. I recommend Rick and his team.
