Five Star Bath Solutions of Tulsa

My elderly mother gave Ben Bolton $4000 and he never did any work or refunded the money. She was concerned about meeting with him without me there so we met together the first time. Then he came back a day I wasn?t available and offered $500 if she?d commit that day. She gave him a check which he cashed on his phone. He said so she could have her check back and not worry about her check getting lost. She is in her 80?s and I feel he took advantage of her fear. She decided not to move forward and he said he?d do a ?reverse check? to give her money back. I found out that is not a thing. He has still not returned her money and it?s been almost a year. I don?t want anyone else?s elderly parent or friend to go through this. I filed with the Better Business Bureau and Ben never responded to their request. He has since filed under a new address so the BBB report will not show up. Five Star never responded to my calls either.
