They have not done the job yet. So far they have been great in answering all of my questions.

Five Star did a fantastic job. They were affordable and their team did an amazing job. We will continue to use them and highly refer their services. Our living room, kitchen, bedroom and hallway look excellent. The ceiling looks great as well. They patched up parts of the wall as well. Again I HIGHLY recommend them.

A definitely 5-Star job! Caleb and his crew were professional, congenial, neat, timely, and reasonable. We had our living room, dining room, upstairs hall, and kitchen painted. A last-minute change of color for the kitchen didn't faze them. We recommend them highly!

Most of the weather was terrible and held up the job for a while. This is not the painter's fault. Maybe they could have started earlier, like a week or so sooner. They could have sent more than one person to power was and paint. The worker they sent was very good.

From the moment the phone rang, Caleb was very personable and professional. He conducted a very thorough walk thru of the property, and was able to give us an estimate by the end of the day. The invoice we received was very detailed which I appreciated. Caleb gave us a couple days to think it over, and gave us a follow up call. We had some questions, in which Caleb was very patient. Long story short, we went with Five Start Painting, and I would recommend them to anyone. My husband shared some feedback he had while they were painting the house, and they fixed it right away. Never once did we feel uncomfortable. We knew that Caleb and his team cared about doing a great job and took pride in their work. You will NOT be disappointed going with Five Star Painting.

Our condo association had the entire building repainted (hallways, trash rooms, and stairwells) and we are very pleased that we had Five Stair Painting complete the job. Caleb was great to work with and his communication with me every step of the way was top notch. The crew that did the job was very friendly to the residents as many of them personally told me. Very professional. Returned calls. Beautiful job of painting my home inside, celiling, trim and doors. I am very happy with them.

Lots of communication but make sure everything is in writing; each aspect of the job. During the initial consultation we discussed the job. I assumed the written quote included everything we discussed even though it was not spelled out specifically. My mistake... Work performed was as specifically stated on quote, nothing more. Severely disappointed with that aspect of the job but the work quality was as expected.
