They were very quick came the next day and started very soon after the agreement was made and complete paint of the whole house in 2 days.

The paint job was fine, but I had a couple of concerns that I wanted to discuss with someone in authority. I did get a call in the evening the painter finished. I expressed those concerns and he said he would call back after he spoke to the painter. The painter showed up and blew off my concerns and the other guy did not call back like he said he would. As of today, over 2 weeks have past and I have not spoken to anyone. My voicemail is 24/7, I am home most of the time. The easiest way to talk to the company is the line that makes appointments, but that person cannot help me. She did not have a number for the person I was trying to reach and claimed she left a message with **the office**. I asked her if she was an answering service, but she was evasive. I looked up the address - it is a house. Overall, I do not think the person responsible should be doing customer follow-up, but there might not be anyone else. I did an email through **contact us** a week ago and got no answer. This is too strange.

I had Five Star pressure wash the entire house exterior. Then they painted all exterior trim and windows on our house. They also sealed the driveway. They were very neat and professional. This was a big job. It took them a week with three painters most days. We are very pleased with the result. I would hire the again. And the price was fair.

They arrived promptly at 8 am and put in a full day of work. The y cleaned up every day before leaving. Definitely professional. Any areas of concern were addressed.

The Five Star Painting team was a class act! So very professional! My project was very complex and involved numerous processes. The owner, project manager, and the painters were all very knowledgable, polite, courteous and far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company and will have them back for my next painting project. The painter was right on time every day, made certain my family was not inconvenienced, cleaned up nicely every day, kept me informed of timelines, and what to expect for that day and the next.

Based on my experience, this company does not paint; instead, they hire other people to do the job. The only service they provide is the communication between the customer and the painters, which in my case happened to be absolutely unprofessional. As I was signing the contract, the salesperson convinced me that he will be on the job to manage the flow of the entire project. In reality, he never showed up once the actual project started. I did see his colleague once, at the beginning of the project, and after that, I had to communicate with the workers. I would have preferred to hire painters team directly since it would have saved me money and I would have avoided the useless middle man. After the project was completed, the salesperson showed up to inspect the painting quality and found that one drainpipe was not fixed to the wall. He told me that within a few days somebody will contact me to fix the issue. This was 6 weeks ago, and nobody has contacted me to fix the drainpipe. I called the salesperson, and contacted others in the company, to complain about this. Still, my drainpipe is not fixed. I would not advise anyone to hire this middleman company that conducts business in such an unprofessional manner.

They did a great job. We did a walk through after where I could check to see if there any spots they messed up and they actually came back and fixed a couple things after I had already paid them. They're very honest.
