Ivan and his team are very efficient and they do beautiful work. They were in and out in a couple of hours and the patches and touch up paint to my Sheetrock could not be detected once they performed their magic. Thank you 5-star painting. We will use you again when needed.

Excellent communication and customer service. Ivan is trustworthy and knowledgeable and made sure he spoke with me every day or if any questions came up On schedule and as quoted and the quote was very thorough and detailed. I requested extra work that was quoted and completed as well. The work quality was fantastic and I love the way my house looks. Painting quality and attention to detail were excellent. I hired them to paint the interior of my home. I specifically asked them if they could remove the hardware that was attached to the walls that had been used to hang pictures. He assured me they would do that. After they were done, I came by to check on their work. I immediate noticed that they hadn't removed the nails and hooks.

I remember that we both worked to accommodate your budget and for that reason, some areas were removed from the contract, our team removed hardware/nails/hooks from the areas agreed upon in it. We even did additional work to make your house look better, one of them were patches made in several areas of the cracked ceiling of the living room for which we did not make any additional charge, this point required detailed work since we had to coordinate color and type of texture, my team made a perfect match for both conditions, therefore, we can put extra work and resources if it is required. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention, and we are happy to discuss any detail. Regards Five Star Painting of NW Houston."

I was able to schedule quickly, and the process was for quote and getting project completed was very professional. They did the work quickly and all looked good. However, the manager told me to call if any touch-ups were needed; when I called to have some touch-ups done, he was quite irritated. I told him it would need to be late afternoon in order to meet them. Two weeks (two weeks!) later he texted at 11am saying he could meet me in 20 mins, which I could not do since I had told him late afternoon. He never called me again and no touch ups were done. There was also an issue with some items taken by the team members, including a chair from the garage. Will not work with them again.

I would have liked for the paint that mistakenly put on the bricks by the previous painter to be removed instead of talking about the mistake and doing nothing to correct the problem.

The crew was very professional. They knew what they had to do and how to go about doing it with no supervision. No boss standing around checking on their work and telling them what to do. The exterior paint job was scheduled to take 2 days. Due to a forecast of rain on the second day they agreed to work late and completed the job in 1 day. The final inspection with their Manager and myself found no faults with their work. I am a Aircraft Maintenance Inspector and used to checking on other peoples work with a very critical eye. I was very happy with the job they had done, and will use 5 Star Painting in the future.
