They did a good job. I like the fact that a project manager (Mary Jo for our project) came to our home everyday. Fist to go over the quote and ensure we were all on the same page, and then to follow up on the daily progress. The crew was nice, professional and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome.

Five Star did an outstanding job painting our house. The work is very neat and clean with no oversplash or sloppy work anywhere. The painters worked hard all day and the owner stopped by each day to check on the job. They finished quickly and the house looks great. They went around doing touch-ups several times before they left.

I never got my receipt that was promised to me. Also, there was a whole line of staples left that were just painted over and were supposed to be removed.

"Good morning. Regarding the receipt, I sent it your email a day after receiving your final payment (through email). Anyway, I am sending it to you again and my apologies if you didn't received it. Regarding the line of staples, I can send back my guys to your place to remove it and retouch it. Just let me know when can we drop by to attend to it. Again my apologies."

Communication with the franchise owner, Ronaldo, was excellent. When there was an issue, he responded immediately to correct the problems that he had control over. He attempted to hold his sub-contractors to a high standard. The sub-contractor completed the work (stripping and staining doors), and we are happy with the end product. I would recommend them.

The work quality was rated 5, because the painter (Danny) did a great job. Working with the owner was a nightmare, he wanted to increase his original estimate 2 times. He pays his painter very little . I will never deal with this owner again.
