Brad was very friendly and detailed oriented when starting my quote and was able to give me a price on the spot after examining my apartment. It was easy to set up a time and date for the painting job to start. Brad and his crew arrived promptly on time and ready to work. The job was done well despite a few touchups that needed to be made, but as those were addressed there were no problems in having them fix up little things. All in all very good value for the quality of work done. They offer good work and very competitive prices based on a number of potential contractors I interviewed.

good communication, guys were very clean and respectful, we had a mishap with a wrong paint color in the wrong room but they worked a long day to correct it, ceiling edges were not as clean everywhere as i would have liked (i'm probably overly picky about these things), but overall it was a job well done. pricing was a good value - about the middle of my 3 quotes but Brad gave me a good impression - very professional, courteous, and worked with my budget.

Painter was not properly equipped with a tall enough ladder to reach the cornice of the house it was not thoroughly primed. They did not cover the sidewalk and got paint on it. They were better prepared on 2nd visit when we complained. Otherwise they were nice and they did respond to our complaints, but the job could have turned out better.

Nice guys, but dubious quality. They said they were done and I reviewed many issues, like paint on wall and windows, unfinished work. They came back and finished but no way an experienced quality painter would have missed so much.

The work was done well at the end, but it was a relatively hi-touch process that needed a lot of back and forth. Brad did address all the concerns, which is great. There was quite a bit of paint dust all over the apartment after work was done which required significant cleaning. That said, value for the money is great and i am likely to use them again.
