5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
There seemed to be a breakdown in communication between the owner and the painters. I had to keep showing the painters the contract so they would paint all the areas. When there was a wall that needed an additional touch up, the owner said he would come back to fix it but he did not. The painters did a really good job on all the other rooms.

"Thank you for giving us some helpful feedback, we are always trying to improve. You were not dealing with the owner, you were dealing with Marc Block, who is my manager. I am Ron Knight, the owner. First, your project was pretty unique in that it involved accent walls in some rooms and many different colors overall. Marc went over all the colors with our painters and they just wanted to be certain they were painting the correct walls the correct colors. Second, Marc told me you were not living in the home we painted and that he tried to arrange to gain access to the home on a few occasions and was unable to do so."

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
Its been over an year since we got our painting work done with 5-star. Since we moved to our new house, we had many projects including another painting job in our basement. With experience I gained over the period, I can happily recommend 5-star to anyone. Painting work was done earlier than promised time period yet providing good quality.

When choosing a contractor to paint my home I interviewed many providers. Upon meeting the owner of five star I knew they were a professional and experienced company. They addressed all of my concerns and were very honest about what the job entailed to make my house look beautiful. The crew was responsive to my questions and concerns and the owner came over several times to inspect the work. I also believe that this creates a good relationship between crew and owner which benefits the homeowner. I highly recommend Five Star Painting of Illinois

Rochelle and Five-Star were wonderful to work with. From the get go she understood what we needed, got us a quote in a timely manner and completely the job very quick! Ours was a situation in getting my father's house ready for sale so she was more than willing to work around my schedule as I'm not able to get to the house very often. We are more than pleased with Five-Star!
