John was pleasant and easy to talk to and the painters he send did more then what was asked of them. All the painters where friendly and did a fantastic job. They painted my whole house, around the windows, the doors and the porch roof. Excellent job and I will hire them again when I need painting done. Thank you John and company

I hired this painter to remove popcorn ceiling and repaint my ceiling. They removed the popcorn but when it came time to paint the ceiling they were very very sloppy and came down the walls with the mud and left very ragged stuff left on the walls. I called John to come and look at the mess and he took pictures and was suppose to get back with me on getting it fixed. I have never heard from him again. It has cost me $2,900.00 to get it fixed. I think he should refund that amount of money to me.

We had our front door, sidelights, columns, porch ceiling, etc., painted plus area around garage door, John with Five Star Painting was helpful and very pleasant to talk with. The young man he sent out, Jared Davis, did excellent work. We will certainly be calling them again and highly recommend their service."

John is totally on top of all the effort. He is extraordinarily professional and perceptive. His crew was awesome and hard working, telling us at every stage what was going on and why. The project may have cost a tiny bit more than other bids, but I felt the project outcome is well worth it. I will defiantly bring in Five Star for my next project.

I thought they were very good , however, I did think they were very costly . I ask for another job estimate and it was out the roof to paint the garage floor.

"Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We're grateful for your comments. Since we include a two-year warranty on our work, we prefer to complete each project properly from the start. Garage floors usually have oil/grease drips, so our process includes cleaning the floor with a pressure-washer and applying a neutralizing acid to the oil/grease spots, applying a concrete stain, and coating the top with a clear sealer. The process, including drying time, requires three separate trips. The process costs more, and offers more value to you because it lasts longer."

Though very polite, this was by far the most unprofessional business agreement I have had. 2 weeks over due on a 2day project. Debris blown all over my pool and patio and not cleaned up, and the incompletetion of the job as a whole. I even had to explain the unprofessionalism of leaving a Job before compeltetion to get them to stay and finish the part that had started. And I still had to tell them that I would be the one completing the job myself. Brought an elderly man to do deck washing and patio moving work which of course he couldn't complete. Nice people, just not very professional business men
