Very professional group with good team on site. Always careful to clean up work areas each day. Quite accommodating to requests. The only reason for 4.5 instead of 5.0 on work quality is that some of the initial repair work had to be redone apparently because of miscommunication between project manager and work team. Overall, we were quite pleased with the work project which was repairing soffits & fascia, painting all wood trim on exterior of home.

Jim with Five Star Painting is the best. Great customer service and a wonderful job of painting my living room and hall. I will also be hiring Five Star to paint all the rest of my home. They are completely trustworthy and that is very rare to find these days.

They used a first time painter for my home without teaming this person up with an experienced painter that understood their policies and practices. Overall paining was acceptable but lacked professional customer service and attention to detail. Much of the area was not covered causing fine splatters and small amounts of paint on trim, furniture and flooring the home owner had to clean up. Talked with the owner of the company and he agreed things could have been handled better. Five Star is scheduled to return for the remainder of the work that time did not permit completion of, but I will request Jim provide a more seasoned painter on site to conduct the remainder of the work. Overall I believe the company is solid and does good work, I was just unfortunate in that I had a new employee that in my mind did not meet their company standards.
