Five Star Plumbing, LLC

I must have called ten plumbers and finally the last was the best! Joe and Flavius worked together as a team, one under the house and one under the sink! They replaced a whole length of rotten pipe and replaced all the hardware under the sink - it was like artwork! This old house and this old lady are very pleased! I was treated with respect and I was very comfortable with both gentlemen. They gave me a good idea of what was going on before they started and showed me the piece they replaced. They cleaned up their mess like they hadn't even been there! This is the company I will recommend to my rural friends. They even gave me new sink stops! I got my money's worth. Thank you Five Star

Flawless service and totally impressed with the whole team. These guys came same day and solved my problem in 5 minutes. This mom says a big time thank you!!

Great work! Very thorough job and helpful recommendations.

This was my first experience with the Five Star Plumbing team and it was, the guys were, fantastic. I canâ t thank Jason enough for sending Brandon and Isaac to the house. The guys were personable and very, very thorough in their approach to and identification of the source of a leak. When they thought they had found the problem, they didnâ t stop there. Thankfully. They backtracked to a second problem and then a third. Not only is the leak fixed the sink faucet is working better than it has in many, many years. Anyone asks me I will definitely recommend Five Star. Bob Scarfo

Joe quickly diagnosed an intermittent leak from our tub shower and fixed the problem

This company called me 30 minutes after I made the online request and completed the project that day for a reasonable price. I trust their honesty because he identified another problem and gave me a price to fix it but said it isn't essential that it is done now. Lastly, the person I spoke to on the phone and the person who came here were both extremely pleasant to work with. They are my new plumbing company

Was very friendly. Showed up on time.

We had an emergency situation. They took care of us that afternoon and installed a new water heater. The price was what we expected. We were very pleased with the customer service. Will call them again if needed.

Better and cheaper than the competition.

Good job, late but that happens in business. I will try not to double schedule things next time.

Arrived when scheduled......nice and polite. More then fair in their pricing. Work was completed lickity split

very well done

We sought out multiple bids for this work, and Five Star came in at least $100 lower than the other bids. More importantly, one of the companies suggested we replace our entire toilet (to a tune of almost $700). When I explained this to the folks at Five Star they immediately called shenanigans. It saved us about $450.

They were great, prompt and knowledgeable

Replaced two hose bibs (outdoor) in a townhouse situation. Had to make a 2nd trip back due to lack of access to crawl space of one unit and did not charge for 2nd trip charge. Otherwise, the cost was spendy (over $700) but I did not shop around to know if that is a fair price. Would have forfeited trip charge.

Great job done in a timely manner

On Time - Did a real good job

They were absolutely amazing!!

I would rehire them for another project.

Plumbers were curtious, fast, and did great work. I would rehire Them for any project.

Great job, and explained things well
