Had an issue with a system 5 Star installed in August (7 months ago). They came out in 3 hours, and in 5 minutes realized that an electrician (separate project) had flipped off the wrong breaker. Had me up and running immediately.

My service request was addressed promptly, very surprised a technician was available on a Friday night. The tech, Gary, was great, knew the system, did a through review. Luckily the system just needed a reset. Very pleased with the whole process and people.

Do not use 5 Star. Purchased a new system. They installed a larger heat pump and did not change the main supply. The result was condensation raining on my ceiling. Now they wanna charge me to fix it. Love to know why this is my problem and not theirs. Good luck talking to a decision maker.
