Five star plumbing Mr.John Repair/Replace bathroom valve balancing spool. This part stuck very bad in the valve body. Mr.John he have long and all kind of experiences to handle this kind of project. After hard work and using smart ideas and right tools he successfully remove the old (three peaces) Part installed the brand new and fixes problem. Now the bathroom shower Hot and Cold water working again Great.

The only thing negative at all was that it took a while to get confirmation of what time they would arrive after we had set up a day for installation of a new water heater. The work was done quickly and professionally and I believe the price was reasonable, I would definitely use 5 Star again,

They do a good job in a timely manner. However, reaching them in an emergency is difficult. I had a water heater installed by them. When the water heater had an issue, I had to call another plumber for the emergency. Their work was even appreciated by the other plumber. I had Five Star Plumbing, come back, and fix the problem.

The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I took the time to drain our water heater for them, which, in my opinion, went totally unappreciated. It saved them at least an hour of their time but he just downplayed it and didn't offer any additional discount for the time we saved him, won't do that again.

John was very responsive and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure me into a decision and was very straightforward about my options. He agreed to install my new tankless hot water system on a day that he had already scheduled another job because it was the only day I could take off work. They arrived a little later than planned, but he brought extra guys with him to help get the job done faster. The crew finished in record time for the type of job it was, running a new gas line and a new direct vent through the drop ceiling to the outside of the house. They cleaned up around the installation sight around the hot water heater very well, but they did leave a mess on the carpet from the foam packaging and the pcv pipe and drop ceiling tiles. I'm guessing this is because they were working passed 5 o'clock to finish the job and because they didn't have a vacuum cleaner. I didn't mind that little bit of cleanup so that they could finish up after what was a very long day for them. The crew was very polite and friendly and didn't mind my interruptions to ask questions and check on their progress while they worked. They really hustled to get the work done, but did a thorough check of the system to make sure it was running properly and without any leaks. They also took the time to show me how all the plumbing and gas lines had changed and how to use my new system.

Dave called me promptly after I had submitted my Home Advisor search. He worked with me and gave me the information I needed to decide between installing a tankless system or a regular water heater as the replacement for my leaking water heater. He also made sure I was serviced quickly and priced his services below two other services I was obtaining quotes & appointment availability. His technician was very quiet, effecient, polite and cleaned everything up thoroughly. I will use Five Star Plumbing again.

Five Star came out and replaced my leaking water heater. Kyle, the tech, did an excellent job. Upon arrival, he was prompt, professional, and polite. He installed the new water heater fast, within an hour. He also did a good job of cleanup in the end. Though Five Star ran behind schedule for their initial arrival time, he did call and let me know when they would be there. I would use them again, and I recommend this company to others.

I did not get a tankless hot water heater. He came out, looked at my house, and gave me options based on cost and time. I got a standard hot water heater. He also helped me with a few other little things around the house at the same time.

They did a great job went out of their way to get the job done fast very nice to do Business with a company that still believes in customer service. Would call them again and recommend to anyone needed there service. Very fair priced.

They were quick to respond and install, but were expensive. The plumber left the water heater behind to drain and said he would be back in a week to pick it up but never did. I tried calling several times but couldn't find anyone with a search warrant. I don't recommend any company that doesn't do what they say they will. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Excellent water heater. Did a great job of install. Was very careful not to scratch walls when removing. I really liked this. There was one negative. They were supposed to pick up existing water heater on a specific day after it dried out. They did not show on that day. I called them and it was about a week or so later before they picked it up.
