It was interesting knowing how they go about doing any fixing in your home. They will answer any question and give you information about what they have to do to get it fixed.

I did not realize that this company wasn't an electrical repair company as I filled out a form with Home Adviser and these people called me. I wanted to have 3 lights and a receptacle placed in my bathroom over the sink. They complained that the overhead light I wanted would require that they drill through the bottom of a cabinet and they didn't have long enough screws to attach the light.? I believe that they just thought it was more difficult so why bother. They agreed to wire for 2 side lights and as I didn't have the lights, I would complete the installation of lights myself. They tore wallpaper and broke off drywall in the installation of a box and then sawed too far over for the placement of the outlet leaving a long slash next to the light. Granted, I plan on tearing down this wallpaper but now I have spackling to do to fix the torn and cut drywall. They put the wall switch in upside down so when you pull up it turns off the lights and when you push down, it turns them on. Not a big deal but really? They also used a regular receptacle despite it being maybe 1.5 feet from my sink. We discussed the need for a GFCI receptacle, but they apparently do not this as a safety issue. They left and returned multiple times as they did not have basic supplies on their truck and I was trapped there with them for hours even though I had made plans with a friend. The "electrician" brought a buddy with him -to keep him company I guess. They charged me an additional $115 dollars for adding 1 light and putting the receptacle on a different wall. The whole job prior to changes was to be $185 and I actually put up the lights. It was shoddy workmanship through and through. Maybe they can suck water out of a water soaked carpet but do not hire for anything more difficult!

Arrived on time dressed professionally. After I explained problem was able to suggest fix. Went ahead with repair explaining what he did. Great job.

I called for aan estimate onremoving two old live wires fom an old stove in the kitchen and rewiring a switch to fix lights that would not come on. now I have to hafe my top light on on my kitchen to use my outside light and my laundry room light. I knew this was the case with the laundry room lightbefore he left and I told him I could work around it because he acted like he wasn' sure he could ficlx the probjem or that it wouldn't be able to fix the problem. I didn't realize the situation with the outside back light, until several days later. I have not called them back because I have been sick and not able to deal with the situation.

Larry was a very good technician. He was very knowledgeable and put in both a primary and backup sump pump system. He also was very focused on wearing protective shoes covers inside the house which he did without us asking.

Had a sump pump failure during the heavy rains and ffive Star took care of the problem the next morning. Thanks Larry

Needed some electrical work that two other handymen had failed. The electrician solved the issue as if it was basic electrical work 101. Will use them again.

Came to fix an outdoor electrical problem. It turned out there seemed to be no problem. Charged for the visit but that's OK. Better than making up a problem that didn't exist.

Came and installed our light even though it was cold and a little snow.....good service...
