Dec 5 at 1:44 PM Hello, I'm having a few issues with service you provided and waited to see you can fix them. I hear water dripping in my walls, rattling and pops from the roof, and there are extremely sharp nails protruding though the roof in the attic. Thank you..Sherry Howie

"Ms.(Consumer name removed ), Thank you for reaching out regarding the concerns you?ve raised. Our business has been closed for the winter season, which accounts for the delay in responding. You mentioned hearing dripping inside your walls. Based on the work performed?a half-roof replacement?this would not typically cause such an issue. Additionally, you noted rattling and popping sounds from the roof. These sounds do not necessarily indicate a problem with the workmanship on the section we replaced nor is it a normal post roofing issue or symptom of workmanship. Regarding the nails visible in your attic, this is normal. Shingle installation requires nails to be driven through, and it is common to see them from inside the attic. When the work was completed, you expressed satisfaction with the replaced section, stating, ?These guys are bout it.? You also stated that you loved the work. Poor workmanship usually results in visible defects, which do not appear to be present based on your earlier feedback. This does not represent the review results you have provided above. Please also keep in mind that only half of your roof was replaced. Any issues may be related to the remaining section, which was not part of our work. We have not received a call from you on this concern and hope you call us in future if you need further clarification."

I had a few missing shingles’s on my roof. I found V Star from a Facebook group and saw they had good reviews their. When they came out on further inspection he recommended replacing the roof b/c of other damage he recognized. He walked us through the entire process and helped us work with our insurance company to have everything taken care of quickly, safely and with minimal cost out of pocket. Very thorough, and professional. I highly recommend V Star Roofing!

Mr. Fred presented himself very professionally and knowledgeable in regards to the insurance process and the job. He came out when the insurance adjuster was here. If you don't understand, Fred explained it in great depth. Ms. Jewel name fits her well because she is awesome, and will do everything she can to help, if she don't know she will go searching until she get the answer. His crew is on time, work together and work hard. You can't go wrong if you choose V-5 Star, I guarantee that you will be pleased!! Fred is a man to his word.
