Should be 11 Star. Vinny and his crew completed a tearoff and residing of my 160 year old house and the workmanship and attention to detail is everything I was hoping for. In addition, the entire team was responsive, professional, so hard working, friendly and made the entire experience a great one. I have been dealing with construction and contractors/crews for about 3 years now on a frame out remodel of this old house and have not had an experience even remotely close to this good before. I hope they can help me out on future projects. Highly recommend!!!

Delayed with my review but highly recommend Five Star Services NC! Owner, Vinny Grass, was so easy to work with. Very personable, professional and it was obvious customer satisfaction was important to him and his crew throughout the process. Needed to replace a section of water damaged siding and entertained replacing the entire house. At the time, I was busy with other home repairs & estimates needed so Vinny graciously provided me his siding opinion along with different estimate options to choose from which helped my decision and budgeting tremendously! Once job started, his field supervisor, Jacob and crew were "smooth as punch", on time, neat and provided excellent communication. To add, Jacob even took the time to help me with some other things that came up not even related to the project! One of the items was a possible leak in my roof an electrician found while working in attic. Fortunately, it wasn't major but Jacob took the time to investigate my roof at the end of his workday & repaired the area of concern at no additional charge! Now that, my friends, is great customer service & will not be forgotten! Will definitely reach out to Vinny & his team on future work needed!!!

Before hiring Five Star Service Siding, we got quotes from five other siding companies. It was difficult to compare apples to oranges but Vinny was especially helpful walking around the house with me and pointing out what needed to be done and what could wait and his prices were excellent. He was very articulate about all the different options for siding and the benefits and downside of each option. He also helped me make decisions about the paint comparing siding that needed to be painted on site to the pre-colored Hardiplank. I was extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship, the professional interactions the installers had with my tenants at the house, the cleanliness of the worksite and the value of the product. I could not be more pleased with 5 Star Services!! Vinny and his team are beyond professional, timely and provided excellent communication. Just did a phenomenal job!! I had my siding replaced, trim replace, house painted and deck painted. I added a few additional jobs along the way and Vinny's team more than took care of me. They even came on Saturday!! Enjoyed working with 5 Star. Look forward to working with them again. Vinny took over 2 hours to produce my estimate as opposed to several other contractors came took measurement and gone within .20 min. and no communication. Vinny took quite a bit of time to explain what needed to be done and tried to save me $$. Would give a 10 star rating if that was available. Very very good!!! Thanks so much 5 Star!!

We had a rocky start to the project, and I was nervous about the outcome. Vinnie is the best project manager an apprehensive customer could work with. He remained courteous and professional from start to finish. I expected the best siding job and window installation for the money I invested in the project, and I was not disappointed. 5 Star cares about their quality of work and quality of relationship with their customers. Neighbors stop me on the street to compliment my home which is a real compliment to 5 Star's work.

Vinnie and his crew did an excellent job replacing a really old roof. They even worked on a Saturday to make sure the job was completed timely. 5 Star Services has an outstanding customer service with a high standard of integrity at a very fair price. 5 Star previously replaced the siding on my Cary home with Hardieplank with the same amazing service. I highly recommend 5 Star to everyone and will definitely hire them again myself.

Worked with Vinny to get my siding replaced and they were the only company actually willing to work with me. Every other company just told me what to do but Vinny worked with me to get what I actually needed done and for a pretty reasonable price. One thing I'll note is that the job didn't go perfectly without hitch, though I'm not convinced one of this size can. But the #1 most important thing was that he was very responsive and came out to make sure it was made right. Now, it looks freaking amazing and will for years to come.

Great service. Very attentive high quality and good value To show the type of people at 5 star. They found a baby squirrel nest in my gutter. Instead of simply moving it they research how to relocate it to assure its survival and built new nest area. They cared about something as small as a squirrel Just a high class group

Vinny and his crew were willing to listen to my changing needs during both my siding and roof replacements. We had decided to change up some colors mid project while they were in the middle of installing siding and Vinny was able to accommodate the change and keep it within our agreed pricing. They were very timely to the work site and thorough during the cleanup. Vinny''s prices were as competitive as all the other quotes I had received. In the end I would highly recommend Five Star Services for any job you might have. They did the job agreed to at the price agreed too with a smile and kindness to go with it. If you are looking for a contractor please consider this company. You won't be sorry you did.

Vinny and his crew are absolutely the best to work with. Not only is his pricing fair but he took the time necessary to make sure everything was done correctly. He is trustworthy and honest and I would highly recommend him.

Very accommodating

5 Star Services was hired to install new windows, siding, and gutters on my home. Siding and windows were done within expectations. Gutters were installed incorrectly and do not function. After many emails and a brief visit by 5 Star Services. They determined that the gutters that were correctly installed. allowing a majority of the watershed from the roof to pass between the gutter and the fascia/drip edge. Highlighting the fact that the gutters were installed over the drip edge not behind it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgPj2XfOutU&t=2s. 5 Star Services still stated that the gutters were installed properly and refused to have further contact with me. I have been forced to search for a new contractor at my expense to completely replace the nonfunctional gutters. all of the estimates so far have agreed the gutters were installed incorrectly. Pls be aware that this contractor (5 Star Services) In my honest opinion based on my experience with them. Will not honor warranty or guaranty any work they do.

So happy I chose Five Star Services I recently had my siding replaced, a window replaced, gutters replaced with gutter guards, and all the fascia and soffit clad. 5 Star Services were professional from the estimating process to the completion of the project. Rob, who came to the house, walked the house with me explaining the various options available. He also pointed out exactly what would be done and answered all the questions I had. Their estimate was the middle priced estimate (I had 5 done). The cost was not the lone factor in choosing who to go with. The professionalism put them above the rest. Every little thing they were going to do was spelled out in the estimate, even walking the area with a large magnet to collect any fasteners/nails that were dropped. It was great to know that before the project began, both I and 5 Star were on the same page and things were in writing. The work began on time. Every day, they were on time to start at 0800 and worked until they had gotten, what I could tell, a designated section done. it did not matter if it was 6 or 7 PM. When they came to things that could be done a couple of ways, they would ask what we, the home owners, wanted. The crew was great and whenever I had a question, I would contact the head of installation, Vinny. My questions usually came after the crew had left as I first got a chance to look at things after I was done with work. My call was returned promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner and with great detail. When able to, I watched how they did the flashing, soffit, and siding in general. Everything was done exactly as I had learned from research prior to getting estimates. Every edge and flashing area was cut to profile, installed and weatherproofed. Things I had not even thought of such as dryer vent housing, outdoor faucet units, and light housings were installed and weather protected. I would recommend 5 Star Services without hesitation. I will be choosing them to replace my windows and roof next. Did I mention my contract has lifetime Manufacturers warranty on material and 5 Star Services' warranty is a 10 year labor warranty.
