The supervisor talked a good game but the work was shoddy and most of it is no longer functioning. I've had to have the sprinkle system redone, the ground cover died before one year because the sprinklers did not cover the entire area and multiple other things. They came out but did little to correct t problem as it was a year after the work was done though it cost me thousands. Lesson learned: Good work does not always follow good talk.

Did not follow though with warranty problem. Had to contact several times. Still not resolved. Poor and lack of communication at top levels. Did not listen to exactly what I said I wanted. Good workers on site, though.

Thought they were a bit overpriced. The quality of work was fair. I've had some drainage problems in the lawn they landscaped for me, and a gate they attached to an exterior wall has come unattached.

Marc did an outstanding job of knowing exactly what we wanted. He always responded to my phone calls and as was prompt with the bid. Dave was on the job site when he told us he was going to be. He was very helpful and eager to solve an issue with a power line we wanted to have installed in our patio. Mike is extremely talented with his work. He knows exactly what he is doing and gave me honest and creative ideas about color, form and a better way to handle the drainage system. The rest of the crew was great. This professional seemed eager to please but did not come through in the end. Their price was extremely high and then they lowered it about 25%. They made several errors and did not offer much in creativity. We only were able to work with the sales man. I would definitely not hire this professional again.

He should have told us we needed two dirt boxes, we only got one and when that was filled he wanted more money. Now I either have to do it myself or hire someone else.

I would have given "Very Good" ratings on all the categories if the communication between installing the arbor had been better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and working with everyone was a pleasure. I would recommend Five Star to my friends.

When Shirley came to the house to do the site visit and measurements, she talked to us both and understood exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with the landscaping job.

Work was generally acceptable after asking crew to make a follow up visit to fulfill contract and provide cleanup. Minor damage to house during landscaping. All parties were courteous. Sometimes questioned whether foreman was really willing to help.

I am very happy with the work and the price, however, I would recommend altering the contract to state that the concrete portion of the payment is due AFTER THE CONCRETE CLEANUP and NOT at pouring of concrete.
